a. The Bracers Have an Office?: At least, one assumes they do since the merge and aid from the Rockwell Agency. Either way, the office in Central Tyrell has a garden, and in that garden there's a fluffy-ass white cat asleep on a bench. Clearly you should pet her!
B. Alternatively, if you're looking for one Victoria Rabassa or just need a low-rank bracer for something or another, she was playing violin for the local children so she's pretty easy to find. Or carrying groceries for someone. Or helping haul stuff way too heavy for her. Or basically doing every errand anyone sends her on, because someone was maybe not totally clear on what her job actually is. Want to help? Or add to her errands?
